At the beginning of 2017, we worked on resale clinics which resulted in good movements during the following two years. We now have a great inventory of delivered medical projects which were fully sold out.

In beginning of 2017 we still have requests from multinational companies in New Cairo & Zayed but for smaller areas while some of the local companies starting to search for locations in Heliopolis (Mainly Sheraton) trying to find suitable locations with affordable renting price.

When it comes to the offices sector, during 2015 and the beginning of 2016 (before the inflation), all administrative companies relocated from Nasr City, Heliopolis, and Maadi to New Cairo. Those who were located in Mohandesin, Zamalek, Dokki, and Agouza moved to 6th of October & Sheikh Zayed due to the lack of facilities.

The fashion sector requests are mainly from local accounts due to the fact that they don't face importing issues like their international counterparts.

As for the Retail Sector, we've been getting a lot of requests from Food and Beverage accounts looking for locations in New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed.

|
Up until 2 years ago, all developers were focusing only on residential units. The recent change towards more commercial developments has resulted in an aggressive competition in the sector.
